Hey y’all! I’m a TC who lives and breathes creative finance. Before I ever touched a contract, I was out there bird-dogging, wholesaling, and working acquisitions, learning the ins and outs of what makes a deal actually come together. Those early days taught me how every moving part matters and that organization behind the scenes can make or break a close.

My creative real estate journey began after spending a year at home with our son, watching bills pile up. I knew I needed to make a move, so I started learning everything I could about creative finance. Finding the Subto and Top Tier communities changed everything. It even helped us buy our dream home creatively and shaped the TC I was always meant to be.

Now I get to help other investors do the same, closing creative deals with confidence. I’m here to be your partner behind the scenes, keeping things organized, catching mistakes, and advocating for your best interest.

What started as a casual chat with my husband’s best friend, who is in SubTo, turned into a career I absolutely love! He told me I'd make a great transaction coordinator, but it took me a while (and a little push from life) to believe it. Once I finally took the leap and got certified, everything changed.

When my husband got laid off, I decided to go all in - and it paid off big time! I have since landed an amazing team, built incredible friendships, and connected with some of the best investors around.

Known for adding a little extra flair to every deal, I am known as “The Red-Haired TC” because I bring as much personality to my work as I do passion. Now I'm thriving as a TC and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!
