Hey y’all! I’m a TC & Operator who turned being the organized friend into a career and built my expertise by working creative finance deals from the ground up.

I’ve worked across multiple roles including bird dogging, acquisitions manager and creative wholesaling which gave me a full picture understanding of how deals actually come together. I even used creative financing to purchase my family our dream home and that experience directly impacts how I support my clients today.

As an Operator I thrive on taking investors’ rapid fire ideas and turning them into clear next steps and organized systems. As aTC I love the satisfaction of checking off the next to do and extinguishing potential fires before they ever turn into real problems.

What started as a casual chat with my husband’s best friend, who is in SubTo, turned into a career I absolutely love! He told me I'd make a great transaction coordinator, but it took me a while (and a little push from life) to believe it. Once I finally took the leap and got certified, everything changed.

When my husband got laid off, I decided to go all in - and it paid off big time! I have since landed an amazing team, built incredible friendships, and connected with some of the best investors around.

Known for adding a little extra flair to every deal, I am known as “The Red-Haired TC” because I bring as much personality to my work as I do passion. Now I'm thriving as a TC and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!
