Hey y’all! I’m a TC & Operator who turned being the organized friend into a career and built my expertise by working creative finance deals from the ground up.

I’ve worked across multiple roles including bird dogging, acquisitions and creative wholesaling which gave me a full picture understanding of how deals actually come together. I even used creative financing to purchase my family our dream home and that experience directly impacts how I support my clients today.

I love getting to know my clients and believe the relationships we build along the way are what matter most. I also enjoy the satisfaction of checking off the next to-do and putting out potential fires before they ever become real problems.

He told me I'd make a great transaction coordinator, but it took me a while (and a little push from life) to believe it. Once I finally took the leap and got certified, everything changed.

When my husband got laid off, I decided to go all in - and it paid off big time! I have since landed an amazing team, built incredible friendships, and connected with some of the best investors around.

Hi everyone! I’m Karrissa Ferlisi, a Transaction Coordinator based in Canada who primarily supports real estate investors.

I originally started this business to help my husband with deals through SubTo, which quickly opened the door for me to learn the ins and outs of creative real estate transactions. What began as helping behind the scenes eventually turned into finding my own path as a TC, working with investors on wholesales, assignments, double closings, and other investor-focused deals.

I enjoy bringing organization and clarity to complex transactions so investors can stay focused on what they do best, finding and closing deals.

Outside of work, I’m a homeschooling mom of two young kids, so my days are a mix of contracts, closings, and learning adventures at home.
