  • Not exactly! Each of us runs our own independent business, but when you work with a TC from our group, you’re backed by the full experience of the network. We may partner on certain files to make sure nothing slips through the cracks, but this never changes how you pay or interact with your chosen TC.

  • Each TC in our network operates independently and sets their own rates based on their experience, services, and the type of transaction. Our group does not set pricing, so any fee discussion happens directly with the individual TC you choose to work with. This allows you to get a customized plan and pricing that fits your unique transaction needs.

  • Nope! Our group is here to provide peace of mind, not extra fees. You pay your TC as usual; collaboration never changes your rate.
